How Rich Motion reports the news.

Original wording

Every story is written by Rich Motion in our own words. We do not copy articles from other outlets. Short quotes are attributed to the person who said them.

Sources credited

When a story starts with another outlet, an interview, a court record or a social post, we name the source and link to it.

Unconfirmed claims are hedged

Rumors, allegations and claims that have not been confirmed are labeled as reported, alleged or claimed. Criminal charges are allegations until a court rules.

Photos

We use licensed or openly licensed photos and credit the photographer and license on every story.

Video

Many stories pair with a Rich Motion video on YouTube, where Cory Harris gives his commentary. Commentary is opinion and is presented as such.
