A$AP Rocky's 'Shroom Clouds' Video Hit With AI Theft Claim, but the Athlete in the Original Clip Says He's Not Mad at Rocky

A$AP Rocky's new "Shroom Clouds" visual is catching heat. Visual artist Cache Bunny has accused the production of lifting a 2019 clip she made with parkour athlete Jason Paul, allegedly using AI to swap Paul out for Rocky while keeping the original tunnel landscape, according to AllHipHop.

Paul, though, is keeping it cool. "I'm not mad at ASAP Rocky. I love the dude's music," he reportedly said, adding that he doubts the label could police every Instagram clip and that he is still weighing his options. He also said a director on the video told him it was shot years ago and was "out of my hands," per a PetaPixel report cited by AllHipHop.

Rocky and his camp have not publicly addressed the claim, and nothing has been filed in court as of this writing.
