Judge Reportedly Orders Tia Kemp to Stay Away From 50 Cent's Son
50 Cent just picked up an early win in his war with Rick Ross' ex.

50 Cent just picked up an early win in his war with Rick Ross' ex. A Florida judge has reportedly granted a temporary injunction that orders Tia Kemp to stay at least 500 feet away from Fif's 14-year-old son, Sire, according to court documents obtained by TMZ.
Per TMZ, the order, issued Monday, also bars Kemp from contacting Sire directly or indirectly, social media included. It reportedly goes further than that, too: Kemp is prohibited from having firearms or ammunition and must turn over any weapons to law enforcement once she is served.

The filing on Sire's behalf accused Kemp of repeatedly targeting the teen online, allegedly calling him "slow" and claiming he was on the autism spectrum. 50 also alleged she posted a photo of Sire next to a sexually explicit image his filing suggested was the boy's mother, Daphne Joy. His team says it sent a cease and desist first, and that Kemp allegedly answered by posting part of it with a profane caption. Kemp has not publicly responded to the order.
This is only round one. The order is temporary and reportedly expires Nov. 3, when both sides are due back in court and the judge will decide whether a longer-lasting injunction is warranted. It lands on top of 50's separate $6 million libel suit against Kemp, which we broke down on the channel.
