DaBaby and DaniLeigh Reportedly Settle Custody and Child Support Case
DaBaby and DaniLeigh have reportedly settled their custody and child support case over their 5-year-old daughter.

DaBaby and DaniLeigh have reportedly settled their custody and child support case over their 5-year-old daughter. According to court documents obtained by TMZ, the two signed a 13-page agreement, and DaBaby will reportedly pay an undisclosed monthly amount.
The case began in 2024 when DaniLeigh filed a paternity petition, and DaBaby had asked the court for joint custody, per reports. The specific custody terms were not made public.
The former couple's relationship played out loudly online, including a viral 2021 livestream and plenty of back-and-forth on social media. AllHipHop reports this agreement appears to finally put the legal side of things to rest.
DaBaby has kept recording and touring through the case, and DaniLeigh has reportedly focused on music and motherhood. Neither has appeared to publicly comment on the settlement so far. Hopefully this agreement lets everyone move forward privately.
