Dame Dash Says He's Not Going to Jay-Z's Super Bowl: 'How Many Times Can You Bring Out Beyonce?'

If Jay-Z is drawing up a guest list for his Super Bowl halftime show, Dame Dash wants his name left off it.

The Roc-A-Fella co-founder sat down with The Art of Dialogue and made it plain. "I'm not going. Don't even call me for the Super Bowl. I'm not going. I don't have any desire for that," Dash said, according to HotNewHipHop's transcript of the interview.

Dame didn't stop at turning down an invite nobody has publicly sent. He pointed back to Dr. Dre's 2022 halftime show, where Dre brought out the whole squad, and suggested Hov going out "without the team" might not hit the same. Then came the line that has everybody talking: "How many times can you bring Beyonce out?" He also questioned how guests "that have nothing to do with your lineage" would resonate with the crowd.

Per HNHH, Dash also compared the energy at Kanye West's recent stadium shows to Jay's, claiming Ye is getting bigger reactions without corporate backing. That's Dame's opinion, and Jay-Z has not publicly responded. No halftime guests have been officially announced either, so any talk of who pops out, Beyonce included, is speculation for now.
