Rest easy to a cartoon legend.

Rest easy to a cartoon legend. Eric Bauza, the Emmy-winning voice behind today's Bugs Bunny and Daffy Duck, has died at 46, his family said in a statement on Instagram, according to Variety and AP.
The Los Angeles County Medical Examiner reportedly listed hypertensive cardiovascular disease as the cause of death. Bauza reportedly had more than 400 credits across animation and games, and he is said to be the first person of color to voice Bugs Bunny, a role that goes back to Mel Blanc.

Fans and fellow voice actors have reportedly flooded social media with clips of his work, from classic Bugs bits to his many video game roles.
