Charleston White's Fall From Grace: Arrests, the Dewberry Fallout and Warrant Rumors, What We Know
Three bookings are on record, an old partner says the brotherhood is over, and Charleston says the warrant and eviction talk is false. Rich Motion breaks it down.

Charleston White built a career on calling out everybody else. Right now, the internet is returning the favor.
Over the past week, posts and reaction videos have painted the Fort Worth commentator as broke, wanted, about to be evicted and cut off by the people who used to stand next to him. White says most of that is false. Here is what is actually on the record, what is still just talk, and why the "fall from grace" storyline has picked up so much speed.
Three bookings in roughly two months
The arrests are the part that is documented. According to county records reported by The Union Star, White was booked in Collin County, Texas, on Aug. 10 on allegations of unlawfully carrying a weapon, possessing under two ounces of marijuana and driving without a valid license, the last tied to an older warrant. He bonded out the same day. In a later sit-down with VladTV, he said he carries legally, holds a medical marijuana card and has no felony or violent convictions.
On Sept. 12, Hollywood, Florida, police booked him into the Broward County jail on a misdemeanor touch-or-strike battery charge, Complex reported. A woman posting as realkaypretty publicly accused him of abuse and of taking her belongings. White denied attacking her and claimed in a video after his release that he was the one defending himself, while his representative said she attacked him and left him with a bloody nose, per AllHipHop. None of those allegations have been tested in court.
Then on Oct. 4, a Tarrant County booking record listed two new possession allegations out of Arlington, one for under a gram of a Penalty Group 2 substance and one for under two ounces of marijuana, with bonds of $1,500 and $500, according to AllHipHop and The Source. He is presumed innocent on every one of these cases.
The warrant and eviction talk
This is where the receipts get thin. A post that circulated on social media claimed Florida had issued a new warrant over an alleged violation of his pretrial release in the battery case. Rich Motion could not find a court record or a mainstream outlet confirming that warrant, and White denies it.
The eviction story is even shakier. In a conversation with CEO Hockley posted to the Talking2Texas YouTube channel on Oct. 28, White laughed off the claim that he was being put out, saying people were waving around paperwork tied to a condo he says he has not even been living in. We found no court filing or credible report backing the eviction claim, and nothing public proves the "he's broke" talk either. On Saturday night, Rich Motion's own community post put it plainly: White says the warrant and eviction rumors are false.
The friends who walked away
The part that stings for White is not the paperwork. It is who is talking.
Anthony Dewberry, a longtime partner who goes back with White to their days in the Texas Youth Commission system in the early 1990s, has spent the last few months airing out their split. In an August interview published under the Say Cheese banner, Dewberry called White disloyal. In an Oct. 9 episode of the Reallyfe Street Starz Podcast, he went further, claiming White underpaid him, including what he described as an $800 cut from one booking, and that the man he called a brother made promises to people around him that were never kept. Dewberry also said there is no beef, just a relationship that is over.
White tells it differently. In the same Talking2Texas conversation, he compared some of his old friends to "piranhas," saying they would bite the hand that fed them, and claimed he paid for flights and hotels for people on the road while he was not getting paid himself. Rapper Lil Woody has also been publicly critical of White this year, something White addressed in his VladTV interview.
Why this one feels different
White has been here before. Per Complex, he was arrested in Texas in October 2024 on animal cruelty and aggravated assault allegations, which he denied, and again near Fort Worth in February 2025, after which he claimed those charges were dropped. He kept working through all of it, and he is still booking platforms and podcasts.
What has changed is the tone. For years, White's whole lane has been "lock the gangsters up" and holding everybody else accountable. With his own name on three booking sheets in 2026 and a former brother on podcasts calling him disloyal, a lot of the people who used to laugh along are asking whether he would give anyone else the same benefit of the doubt he is now asking for.
The bookings are real records. The charges are allegations. The warrant, the eviction and the "nobody's left" storyline are claims, and White denies them. That is where it stands.
