Sports: Chiefs Reportedly Bring In Justin Tucker as Harrison Butker Struggles
Kansas City just put its kicker on notice.

Kansas City just put its kicker on notice. The Chiefs are signing former Ravens star Justin Tucker to their practice squad, NFL Network and ESPN reported Wednesday, with The Kansas City Star's Sam McDowell first on the news, per NFL.com.
Tucker, 36, has not played since the 2024 season. He served a 10-game NFL suspension last year for violating the league's personal conduct policy after 16 massage therapists accused him of inappropriate behavior during sessions, allegations he has denied. The AP notes he was never criminally charged. The Ravens released him in the spring of 2025 after 13 seasons.
The timing is no accident. Harrison Butker has reportedly missed five field goals and an extra point this season, including two misses in Sunday night's 20-3 loss to Seattle. Andy Reid said Butker will still get most of the reps this week and will likely kick Sunday against Denver, but called the situation "fluid."
Reid kept it short on Tucker's past. "He's done his suspension," the coach told reporters, adding that the team did its homework before making the move.
