Stevie Wonder has reportedly gone to court to get his ex-fiancee out of a house she has called home for close to four decades. TMZ reports Wonder filed an eviction lawsuit against Carmen Efferson.

A source close to Efferson told TMZ she was blindsided by the filing and claims Wonder promised her the house. She reportedly never received a deed.
