Charleston White vs DJ Vlad: Vlad Checks Him on Say Cheese, the '$100K a Month' Claim and the Eviction
Charleston sat down expecting a friendly chair. Vlad never raised his voice, but he poked holes in the warrant story, the money brag and the house drama.

"If he can get past what I said, I can get past what he done." That was Charleston White near the end of his latest sit-down with DJ Vlad, and it might be the most honest thing he said all interview. Everything before it was Vlad, calm as ever, testing Charleston's side of his fallout with Say Cheese TV's Shawn Cotton one claim at a time, per VladTV.
The two-part interview dropped on VladTV on Nov. 2. Since then, reaction channels have been running it back all week, and the verdict in a lot of comment sections is that Vlad exposed him without ever raising his voice. Here is what was actually said.
How the Say Cheese feud started
Charleston and Cotton used to be close. Say Cheese gave Charleston a big platform, and Charleston told Vlad he still looked at Cotton "like a friend." He said he had been calling Cotton's phone as recently as last week and got no call back.
The break, in Charleston's telling, came when Say Cheese posted about a warrant out for him. Charleston told Vlad the warrant traced back to a misdemeanor case and blamed a lawyer over his bond conditions, according to VladTV's full interview summary. That is his explanation, and none of the underlying cases have been decided.
What really set him off, he said, was that the post showed his home address. "OK, this is why I started talking about his dead father," Charleston told Vlad, admitting on camera that he went at Cotton's late dad and also put Cotton's phone number out. We covered that part of the fallout here. Cotton has not publicly answered Charleston's latest version of events, as far as Rich Motion can find.
Vlad pushes back on the $100K claim
Vlad floated a softer read first, suggesting the post may have come from Say Cheese staff rather than Cotton himself. Charleston wasn't having it. Then he pulled out a number. He claimed Cotton had bragged about making $100,000 a month off Charleston White content.
Vlad stopped him right there. "I don't think he makes 100,000 off a month," Vlad said. Coming from the man who built one of the biggest interview channels in the game, that landed. Neither side has offered any numbers to back the claim up.
Vlad then gave Charleston a quick history lesson. He reminded him that he once ran a news site, and that if you post news, you have to post the negative stuff too. Arrests get clicks. That is the business. In other words, Charleston's problem with the media may be less about a conspiracy and more about the headlines he keeps making.
The eviction questions
Part two went left. Asked about eviction talk online, Charleston told a long story about a lease-to-buy deal, a realtor he called shady, $20,000 down, a break-in and a house he valued around $800,000, per VladTV. Every piece of that is his account.
Poetik Flakko then read what he presented as the landlord's eviction paperwork on his YouTube channel, including language about Charleston surrendering the property by Nov. 8. Flakko also argued that the address on that paperwork matches the one on the warrant post. Rich Motion has not independently reviewed the filing, the claims in it are allegations from the landlord's side, and Charleston has said he plans to fight it in court.
Dewberry and Lil Woody pile on
Dewberry, who used to roll with Charleston, called him a walking contradiction and said Vlad had him exposed. Lil Woody, sitting down with Say Cheese, said Charleston was always like this. Both men have their own history with him, so take those as opinions, not findings. For the longer backstory, see our breakdown of Charleston's rough stretch.
Comment sections have been rough too. One viewer under a reaction video wrote that putting 20K down on an 800K property was a red flag. Whether anyone lied about anything here is an allegation, not a fact, and nothing in court has been settled.
Vlad closed by saying he hopes the two work it out. Charleston left the door open with that line about getting past it. Whether Cotton walks through it is the next chapter.
