Ye Reportedly Sets U.S. Rap Concert Record With 80,210 Fans in Houston on Halloween
The Reliant Stadium show reportedly topped his own SoFi mark, with Playboi Carti and North West joining him on stage.

Houston showed up for Ye on Halloween night, and the numbers being reported are huge.
Ye's show at Reliant Stadium, the venue formerly known as NRG Stadium, on Saturday, Oct. 31, reportedly drew 80,210 fans. Hip Hop All Day posted the figure, and HotNewHipHop reports it would be the biggest attendance for a hip-hop concert in U.S. history. 730 BOOM Radio credits the same number to the Houston Chronicle.
If it holds, Ye would be breaking his own record. HNHH notes his two-night SoFi Stadium run in April reportedly moved more than 74,000 tickets each night. Ye seemed to know it in the moment, reportedly telling the crowd during "Ghost Town," "We just broke the record. Biggest [rap] concert in U.S. history. Thank you, H-Town."
The show itself reportedly ran close to three hours, with Ye performing on top of a giant globe. Playboi Carti joined him for songs including "Carnival" and "FE!N," and North West also hit the stage, per HNHH. Art of Dialogue also shared the record claim.
One caveat: the 80,210 figure has not been confirmed by the venue, the promoter or Billboard Boxscore as of Sunday, and attendance counting methods vary, so treat the record as reported, not official.
